Here are a few tips for grammar: 1. All contractions (e.g. you're, I'm, he's, we're, etc.) are abbreviations of personal pronouns together with "to be" verbs. (e.g. are, is, am, etc.) Remember not to use them in the possessive case. (e.g. you're shoes, etc.) 2. Also, do not use possessive personal pronouns in the place of contractions. [e.g. Do not write "Your my friend", but instead write "You're my friend". (original being "You are my friend")] 3. The plural form of a noun is never formed with an apostrophe (') before the "s". (e.g. "tiger's" is not a correct plural form. Write "tigers".) 4. If a plural noun has an "s" at the end, put the apostrophe (') after the "s" to put the noun in possessive case. (e.g. ladies' hats) 5. if a plural noun does not have an "s" at the end, put an apostrophe (') with an "s" at the end. (e.g. men's gloves) Is this helpful? (Or should you call me a tyrant? )

Grammar tip: The form of the "to do" verb used for third person is not "dose" but rather "does".
"Dose" is a noun that is defined as: "a quantity of medicine prescribed to be taken at one time". "Does" is used as a verb in the third person.

Don't confuse the words "there", "their", and "they're" with one another. "There" is a demonstrative adverb that is used to indicate a particular place. "Their" is a possessive pronoun in the third person. "They're" is a contraction formed from "they are".
