Well I hope our gear will be enough to join our team.

I have too joined a team, the CJA. They actually have gear. Yes, you may now burn. But the CJA do not have our guys. They're just burning!

What? Our gear is on the way... And besides we actually work hard for our money, and can't just spend it all on a hobby.

Its not so much the gear, its that all of us on the junkies have similar taste (multicam, crye stuff) and our play style and airsofting interests are similar to mine. No one is saying you don't work hard, and I and they don't spend all out money on airsoft either.
My biggest issue with being on junkies is that I'm closer friends with you guys and this team might have some prospect. My biggest issue with being on phalanx is that I love my gear I have now and if it turns out that only a few of us are truly interested in the more milsim side of our team (Ajax, Spidey, Ecthelion), then I would have left a solid milsim team for a team that might not stand.

Your reasons were kinda what I figured they would be. I think (I don't know if it would work or not) that if TFP and CJA are at a game at the same time, we should run on the same team if we have enough people in the game to do so, that would solve at least part of the problem. I have also said that I will go to and am interested in Milsims, just not the one coming up. I want to be more comfortable with my weapons and gear before going to a large fairly strict gamestyle like that, but I WILL go.
edit: And I wasn't offended with your talk about our gear, just commenting on the incongruity of saying that the problem is not with our gear.

Ok, I don't blame you for that. But don't discount this team before it gets going. We will be a solid milsim team ( all of us bros are interested), we are yet to establish our play style (practices, rec days, game experience); all of which, you would be a welcome part of developing. And you would not have to change your gear, just get cheap woodland, run with what you got gearwise, and eventually we will probably change to multicam. Just consider it. Run with both, and do what sev suggested when they are at the same game.

Heck! I'll say it! You all have bad gear! With the exception of Sev's M14 and Spidey's knife, of course.
