 Face it, only (or less) than 1/3 of guys at Michgan are actually from Michigan. 3/4 of guys at MSU are from the actual state. |

No, it's because the University of Michigan gives scholarships to out-of-state students while Michigan State University focuses on the actual people from it's state. That's directly from the mouth of a graduate and ex-supporter of U of M.
