It will look like a team. Plenty of teams with separate roles do not necessarily have uniform headgear.

I actually do think that eventually we should require helmets. After seeing what the situation is like at Kalamazoo Airsoft (including hazards such as falling or running into vertical obstacles, especially since it is such a tight environment), I can see that protecting your head is very important.
