I had a really good time, I just wish more people could have made it out. I thought everyone worked really well together, I saw good tactics/teamwork being employed as well as good discussion afterwards. I did think it was funny seeing all the paintballers in "awe " over our gear. #airsoftmasterrace I do still wanna see that video Abbot

So here it is: I Feel like it went well. Low turn out, but it was good for training. Even though most of the games were just death matches, it worked well for the tactics we were implementing. Abbot's gun was sweet, and I was Able to try out my backup again to see that it was not half bad. Ajax, that helmet though "it comes in airframes, I'm getting one!" Taco Bell was a great way to finish things up.
I had a great time, and am looking forward to the next event.

Well, the game went extraordinarily well for only having 8-9 players… Only a couple issues with hit calling, but otherwise no issues with much else. Planning: I felt we kept it simple and it worked out well. With the small amount of players, most people thought we should ditch medics as it takes one more shooter from the frontline and basically makes them combat ineffective. Each game, I felt was well planned and everyone participated in helping us plan it well. Gameplay: My gun functioned without many issues, though I think I need a new spring and a new 11.1 Lipo as mine started dying towards the end. The bomb games were really fun. If it hadn’t been for rushed communication on the part of Lloyd, we would have detonated the bomb without issues. Unfortunately, Lloyd and I changed plans and he failed to inform Elvis adequately. Hence, when Caesar made his legendary charge around the bunker carrying his unsheathed blade of glory! Elvis made little to no attempt to bring him down, thinking it was the opposite bunker we were assaulting. This is something we can learn from. Always keep your team informed as to the plan. If you cannot properly inform the entire team adequately of a change in plans, then go forward with the plan pre-prepared. The Village I found was an excellent field, but I really got tired of all the paint… I couldn’t lean up against anything for fear y gun or gear would be smeared in a gallon of paint. Next time, I recommend bringing a big ol’ towel to clean off any shooter positions. That bridge by the “castle” was an amazing shooter position… From that position I was able to basically hold out a great deal longer than most of my team mates. The woods is a good field, but I found that the trails were very inadequately. Otherwise, I thought the bunkers inside of it, though somewhat short for taller guys like me, they provided good cover. Mounds is a decent field. My biggest complaint with mounds is that there isn’t enough opportunity for extended gamepley. I like the idea Chris and I were talking about: having a minimum of three players in each of the three fields of play for the mini-Milsim (village, woods, and mounds) from whatever team has taken the field (by a flag in the center) and the remaining players from either side are distributed, extracted, or re-inserted, either by golf cart or forced march, to the following field for the entirety of the day. That way Green and Tan HQ can be constantly be changing out players and fighting for each field throughout the day. I had little to no issues with hit calling and had a great time. I think if we help them set up the mini-MilSim, I’ll volunteer to blaze some better (wider and taller) trails through the woods, clean off some of the bigger splotches of paint, if anyone else is willing, lemme know. Pics and video time!
