Marvel wins all the way. There really is no competition. What does DC have: Batman, Superman? No. When compared with such names as Peter Parker, Dr. Banner, Tony Stark, Steve Rogers; they are not a match at all.

Well, for one thing, Batman can take out Iron Man and the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier, because of his gun that shuts down electricity; and Superman can take out pretty much everyone. So DC rules.
